There is no single minimum and no single timeline. Both change from product to product. Tell us what you need and by when, and we will give you a straight answer for your order.
Why we do not publish a table
The honest answer depends on three things
A brass piece, a silk stole and an edible hamper are made differently, so they cannot share one minimum or one lead time. We would rather give you an accurate answer in one conversation than a generic number on a page.

What it is made of and how it is made decides the minimum quantity and the production time.
The quantity
Fifty pieces and five thousand pieces run on different timelines. Tell us your number and we plan around it.
The customisation
Branding, custom packaging and individual names each add steps. We tell you what each one adds before you decide.
