How made-to-order works
- Minimums and timelines vary. They depend on what is being made. We tell you both before you commit.
- You approve a sample. A physical sample for sign-off before the order is confirmed. Samples are charged.
- Orders are final. Made-to-order work is customised for you, so a confirmed order cannot be cancelled.
