Delivery models

Four ways we deliver

Single office

The full order arrives at one location, packed and labelled, ready to hand out.

Multiple offices

We split the order by branch and send each lot to its own address.

Individual addresses

Each gift ships to the recipient's door. You share one address sheet and we take it from there.

Outside India

Teams, clients or partners abroad. We can undertake the international logistics as well.

Hybrid team across cities and countries? One order can combine all four.

The process

How delivery to individual addresses works

  1. You share one sheet

    Name, address, PIN code and phone number for each recipient. We send you the template.

  2. We plan the logistics with you

    We work out the routing and the cost, and consult you before the final execution. Nothing ships until you have approved the plan.

  3. We pack and dispatch

    Each gift is packed for transit and sent through leading courier partners.

  4. You get tracking

    We share tracking for the shipment, so you can answer "where is mine?" quickly.

  5. We report exceptions

    If a parcel comes back or cannot be delivered, we tell you and agree the next step together.

How logistics is handled and charged

  • A separate service. Logistics is quoted and handled as its own service alongside your gifts, so you see exactly what it costs.
  • Charged at actuals. You pay what the delivery actually costs. No padded freight.
  • You are consulted first. We share the logistics plan and cost with you before final execution.
  • Leading courier partners. We work with all the leading carriers and pick the right one for each destination.
  • Damaged in transit? Tell us and we replace it.
